Chocolate Peanutbutter Bars

ingredients

1 cup of peanutbutter

1 1/2 sticks of butter-melted

1 box of powdered sugar

1 bag of chocolate chips( I use semisweet)

Mix first 3 ingredients together well and press into 9" x 13"  greased baking dish.

Melt chocolate chips and pour over
peanutbutter mixture. Spread evenly.

Refrigerate until chocolate
is hard enough to slice through
 but not hard enough to
crack when you cut it. Cut into squares and eat! :)
**Tip: if you refrigerate
for too long and your
chocolate topping is too hard to cut
 without breaking; put the
baking dish in the oven
on broil for a minute
or two just until the chocolate
softens enough to cut easily.
